It’s not ideal a few days out from an ultra but I’m tired. Really tired.

Coming home from work I was incredibly fatigued and even preparing dinner I was almost falling asleep on my feet. I am sure that the antihistimines I am taking to stave off the hayfever has something to do with it but the long days at work aren’t helping, either.

Luckily for me I should be able to sleep tomorow night, wake a little late on Saturday, and try and nap Saturday afternoon before the race. I hope it’ll be enough as, right now, I’m yawning heavily.
